While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes a costume might not be the perfect fit. That’s why we’ve created this hassle-free returns and exchanges policy!

We believe in making returns as easy as putting on your favorite Austin Powers outfit! If your costume doesn’t make you feel absolutely fabulous, we’re here to help transform that situation!

Return & Exchange Basics

  • Return Period: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is customer’s responsibility (unless we made an error)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To keep the magic safe for everyone, we cannot accept returns on:

  • ⚡ Anime Masks & Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • 🎭 Opened Costume Makeup or used cosmetic items
  • 👻 Ghostbusters Halloween Decorations (if opened or assembled)
  • 🔍 Custom or personalized items
  • 🎉 Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

🔮 The Enchanting Return Process

1 Contact Our Costume Wizards

Email us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if there’s damage or defects

2 Receive Your Return Authorization

We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.

Please don’t send anything without this number!

3 Package and Ship

Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a note with your RA number.

4 The Magic Happens!

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Since we serve costume enthusiasts worldwide (except Asia and some remote areas), international returns follow the same process. However, customers are responsible for any customs fees or international return shipping costs.
